We have been successfully shipping Murano glass creations to every country in the world for many years.

Each product is professionally packaged through the use of expanded foam inside triple-layer cardboard boxes and / or wooden boxes.

In the very rare case of breakages during transport, we will fully respond to the incident by sending the damaged pieces completely FREE of charge as soon as possible.

The shipment of our products properly packaged and insured takes place through the best international express couriers. It is also possible to collect the products by appointment at our operational furnace in Murano.

Finally, for orders of particular size, it is possible to arrange the delivery according to specific methods (eg by pallet).

Delivery times may vary depending on the model ordered, the packaging and the place of dispatch and are on average between 30 and 60 working days from the order confirmation.
